Scope
This policy applies to all staff, consultants, interns, contractors, and partner organizations engaged in work with Convergent, across all offices, field sites, and virtual operations.

- Follow a “reduce, reuse, recycle” hierarchy.

governance and accountability
The Environment Focal Point will oversee implementation of this policy, monitor progress, and report annually to leadership.
All staff are expected to comply with and actively contribute to environmental commitments.
Regular audits will be conducted to ensure adherence, with corrective actions where needed.
Review and update
