Social & Development Research

We tackle complex societal challenges by generating evidence that informs policy, measures impact, and amplifies community voices. We provide the critical data that development agencies, donors, NGOs, and governments need to design programs and drive sustainable change.

Sector-Specific Research (Health, Education, Nutrition, WASH, Gender)

Health Systems & Public Health Research

Strengthen the foundations of community well-being. We evaluate the accessibility, quality, and resilience of healthcare delivery systems—from primary care clinics to national policy frameworks. Our research also investigates public health knowledge, behaviors, and outcomes to design interventions that effectively prevent disease, promote wellness, and ensure equitable health for all.

Education Quality & Learning Assessments

Move beyond enrollment numbers to measure true educational impact. We evaluate teaching practices, curriculum relevance, learning environments, and, most critically, student learning outcomes. This holistic approach identifies the drivers of educational quality and equity, providing evidence to improve instruction, resource allocation, and policy for generations to come.

Nutrition & Food Security Studies

Address the fundamental link between well-being and sustenance. We assess not just food availability, but also access, utilization, and stability at household and community levels. Our research investigates dietary practices, nutritional status, and the underlying drivers of malnutrition to inform programs and policies that ensure consistent access to safe, sufficient, and nutritious food.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene (WASH) Studies

Safeguard health by ensuring access to essential services. We assess the availability, quality, and sustainability of water sources, sanitation facilities, and hygiene practices within communities and institutions. This research identifies critical gaps and behavioral drivers to design interventions that reduce waterborne disease, promote dignity, and build climate-resilient WASH infrastructure.

Gender & Social Inclusion (GESI) Research

Ensure no one is left behind. We apply an intersectional lens to analyze how gender, ethnicity, disability, age, and other social factors create disparities in access to resources, power, and opportunities. This research identifies systemic barriers and empowers the design of transformative programs and policies that promote equity, social justice, and meaningful participation for all.
