
Convergent, as the knowledge partner for TNRTP, conducted a baseline evaluation across 3,994 panchayats in 31 districts to assess rural enterprise development, livelihoods, and income growth. Using large-scale household surveys and qualitative inputs from Self-Help Group (SHG) members, producer groups, and local bodies, the study established benchmarks to track and measure progress toward sustainable rural transformation.

The study aimed to assess the readiness of selected sub-centres across the districts of Andhra Pradesh to transition into Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs). It also sought to understand the health-seeking behaviours of the population, particularly focusing on Out-of-Pocket Expenditures (OOPE) and the sources of care for the 12 essential services provided under HWCs. This study was conducted across 13 districts with a focus on rural and tribal areas.

This randomised controlled trial assessed the efficiency and citizen experience of the state's public grievance redressal system. Covering all districts with 2,700 respondents, the quantitative study combined regular surveys with mystery interviews to evaluate the grievance registration process and identify key triggers and barriers to its effectiveness. The insights provided actionable recommendations to the Government of Punjab for enhancing system accessibility and responsiveness.
