
Convergent executed a large-scale public opinion study across Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Goa to measure citizen satisfaction with government policies and scheme implementation. The eight-month project involved 5.6 lakh face-to-face interviews across all districts of the three states, supported by more than 350 field team members. The comprehensive quantitative research provided real-time insights and data-driven campaign strategy recommendations, for informed electoral planning and citizen engagement.

This study evaluated the performance of West Bengal's key government schemes and services—spanning Health, Education, Public Distribution System (PDS), livelihoods, infrastructure, and law and order—through a large-scale quantitative survey. The research captured citizen access and satisfaction levels, revealing regional and demographic disparities and identifying critical implementation gaps. The findings provided actionable policy recommendations to improve scheme effectiveness, and ensure equitable public service access across the state.
