Measuring Public Attitudes and Stakeholder Opinions through Flash Eurobarometer Surveys
Narrative Description of Project:
Convergent is partnering with the Demoscopy Consortium, selected by the European Commission to deliver the prestigious Flash Eurobarometer framework contract. This four-year, €43 million initiative involves conducting rapid, large-scale public opinion surveys across all 27 European Union member states. As the technology partner, Convergent is contributing to this landmark project by supporting the execution of rapid-turnaround studies that measure citizen attitudes, stakeholder opinions, and emerging social trends across diverse European populations. The Flash Eurobarometer program enables the European Commission to gather timely, comparable insights for evidence-based policymaking and strategic communications across the EU.
Description of Actual Services Provided:
As Demoscopy's technology partner, Convergent is leveraging industrial-scale survey capabilities, advanced quality controls, and AI-assisted workflows to deliver high-integrity results at speed and at scale.
- Multi-country Survey Coordination: Supporting the orchestration of large-scale data collection across EU member states.
- Quality Assurance Implementation: Mobilized and supervised trained field teams while using all ethical protocols.
- Fieldwork Management: Assisting in the execution of CAWI, CATI, and CAPI data collection activities.
- Operational Excellence: Leveraging industrial-scale research capabilities to deliver high-integrity results at speed and scale.
- Compliance Adherence: Ensuring all research activities meet European Commission standards and regulatory requirements.
